Packaging

Your jewelry comes in a gift box suitable for giving with a descriptive tag attached.  

Care of Your Jewelry

Avoid direct contact with chemicals such as those found in perfumes, oils, and hair sprays. Also avoid wearing your jewelry in water and when exercising.  It is a good idea to store it in a jewelry box when not wearing.  

Polished silver: You can polish silver with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Matt or satin finished silver: If there is a matt or satin finish on the silver use warm water, rinse and pat dry.

Vermeil polish: Lightly rub vermeil jewelry with soft cleaning cloth.  Do not over rub or this will wear the finish off pre maturely.

Matt or satin finished gold:  If there is a matt or satin finish over sterling silver use warm water, rinse and pat dry.

14 karat gold fill chains can be cleaned with a small amount of gentle soap and warm water and pat dry.

Returns

We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase from Teri Lee Jewelry however in the event you are not, we will gladly exchange your item or give you a credit for a later date.

Exchanges are allowed on items purchased from this website within two weeks of day item is shipped. All jewelry that is returned must receive a return authorization number.   Items purchased from a store or other website are not exchangeable through this website. Items must be unworn with tags attached.

Teri Lee Jewelry is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanges.

Please be sure to insure and pack in a padded envelope or box with tracking number as Teri Lee Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Repair Policy

Teri Lee Jewelry will repair your jewelry within 3 months of date of purchase as a result of normal wear and tear. You must call or email us before you ship to receive an authorization number for your repair.

The repair will be of no charge provided the jewelry has normal wear and tear.  Please insure and place item in a secure padded envelope, or box, as Teri Lee Jewelry can not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Teri Lee Jewelry is not responsible for shipping charges on repairs.

If your item needs a repair after 3 months please call or e-mail for a reasonable service quote.

Shipping

Free UPS ground shipping on orders over 100.00

All items are shipped either UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air.  You will choose the shipping method at checkout. In the event you want faster shipping you will be credited for the priority rate and charged the difference.

We make every effort to ship your item within 5 to 7 business days. There may be times when an item is on back order.  In this event you will be notified by email or phone.

Items can not be shipped to P.O. boxes. No international shipping.
